Ripper Street (2012)

A drama set in the East End of London in 1889, following the murders of”Ripper”. The actions focus around the famous H Division-the police station of Hell – which is tasked with maintaining order in the chaotic streets of Whitechapel. Ripper Street explores the lives of characters trying to recover from Ripper’s legacy, from crimes that have not only altered their irremediable lives, but even the fabric of the city. At the heart of the drama, Our detectives try to bring a little light to the dark world they inhabit.
